H-E-B Mexico or Supermercados Internacionales H-E-B, a supermarket chain and a wholly owned subsidiary of H-E-B Grocery Company, has selected Everyday Price Optimization software service from DemandTec, a provider of optimization services for retailers.
According to DemandTec, Everyday Price Optimization is a component service of DemandTec Lifecycle Price Optimization, a system for managing and optimizing pricing across the entire store. The system, which also includes Promotion Planning & Optimization and Markdown Optimization, is expected to enable retailers to understand, predict and influence consumer demand in order to achieve financial and price image objectives.
