Honeywell Inc has come out with a new Micro TDC3000 version of its process control system, describing it as offering small system users advanced control functions in a prepackaged, cost-optimised configuration: the system is aimed at control of processes in the fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, pulp and paper and petroleum-refining industries and comes in a one-station or two-station configuration; it can optionally be integrated with the Honeywell family of ST 3000, STT 3000, and MagneW 3000 Smart Transmitters, and will be available in January, but no details of pricing were given.
