HP Services has acquired Italian consultancy The Technology Partners SpA in a move to expand its presence in the country.
TTP specializes in services for the financial services and telecom industries, and gives HP a strong base of consulting clients in Italy, the company said.
Privately held TTP has some 330 employees, with experience in specific service areas such as data warehousing, business intelligence, customer relationship management and security, according to an HP statement. TTP was formerly a part of Carisma SpA, a holding of management consultancy Bain & Company’s Italian operations.
Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
