Hewlett-Packard Co is going to sell SAP R/3 pre-installed on both its NT-based NetServers and HP-UX HP9000 servers, making it the first SAP OEM customer to offer customers turnkey R/3 systems. Initially the pre-installation service will only be available to European customers, whose systems will come from HP’s European Integration Center in L’Isle d’Abeau near Lyon. The US roll-out is expected in the Spring.
