ICL Plc’s ICL Data Oy in Helsinki, Finland has signed a letter of intent to acquire ABB Datasystems Oy from the ABB Oy unit of Asea Brown Boveri AG on April 1. The ABB Datasystems computer services company had net sales equivalent to UKP10.6m in 1993 and it employs 70 people.
