Combines web collaboration and conferencing technology with data management functionality of CRM system
iLinc, a provider of web and video conferencing services, has launched iLinc for Salesforce CRM on the AppExchange.
The company said that the new offering combines iLinc’s web collaboration and conferencing technology with the data management functionality of a customer relationship management (CRM) system, enabling organisations to host online events.
According to iLinc, by automatically adding webinar data to lead, contact and campaign records within Salesforce CRM, iLinc for Salesforce CRM automates key processes that make up the customer lifecycle, freeing up organisations to focus on driving revenue. It also allows organisations to launch virtual meetings and demos directly from Salesforce CRM to streamline interactions with customers.
iLinc for Salesforce CRM allows users who move their webinars and online training sessions to the iLinc platform, to see maximised productivity from the integration of two business systems, and also benefit from increased visibility into key metrics from the web meetings and online events they host, the company claims.
