Dallas, Texas-based Image Sciences Inc is to merge with fellow document automation company FormMaker Software Inc of Atlanta, Georgia, to form DocuCorp International Inc, which would have achieved a combined turnover of $32m in 1996. The new company, in which Xerox Corp and Safeguard Scientifics Inc have large investments, will develop new products for emerging electronic document applications, including the internet.
