Indelec SA, the mobile phone equipment company jointly owned by Telefonica de Espana SA, Philips Iberica SA, Denac SA, and Sociedad de Promocion y Reconversion Industrial turned over more than $34m last year, an increase of 83% on the year before: at present the company is undergoing restructuring (as Philips increases its stake from 26% to 42%) and moving to the Zamudio Technological Park this summer.
