Independence Technologies Inc picked up a $1.95m contract from Cincinnati Bell Information Systems Corp, which is building large customer information, billing and network configuration applications with its iTran transaction processing development tools, iView system management software and Unix System Laboratories Inc’s Tuxedo transaction processing monitor; under the new contract, Independence will provide the Cincinnati, Ohio telephone company with iTran Toolkit and iView software, and consulting and training services.
