The UK government has launched an inquiry into reports highlighted in the Daily Mail that children may suffer epileptic fits from playing computer games on television screens after several children with no history of epilepsy were reported to have suffered fits while playing the Nintendo Co and Sega Enterprises Ltd games – both firms include warnings in the packs; Consumer Affairs Minister Baroness Denton, said she had asked officials to prepare an urgent report.
