Intel Corp plans to launch the next member of its 80X86 processor family at press conferences in Chicago – at the Comdex/Spring show, and in London, on April 10th. The company will also officially launch the 33MHz version of the 33MHz 80386, which has already featured in recent product launches, including Tandon Computer’s 386/33 PC, revealed at the recent Hannover Fair, which includes VGA support as standard, and runs MS-DOS, OS/2, Unix, Xenix and Novell NetWare operating systems, with an entry-level price of UKP6,000.
