Following Unix-on-Clipper, Solaris 1 and 2, Windows 3.1, HP-UX and MS-DOS, Intergraph Corp’s MicroStation 5 is now up on Alpha under NT: a Power Mac version is due this year, with NT on PowerPC not for behind. It also promises to have Microstation on the RS/6000 under Unix and is eying IBM Corp’s recent decision to hire Motorola Inc to put NT up on the RS/6000. But there’s no demand for a MIPS Technologies Inc version, Intergraph asserts.
