Decision Industries Corp, Horsham, Pennsylvania parent of Decision Data Computer is distributing poison pills among its shareholders: each holder will get one warrant for each share held, the warrants convertible into one new share at $30, exercisable only in the event that a person or group acquires beneficial ownership of 25% of the equity of Decision, or makes a tender or exchange offer that could result in ownership of 30% or more; earlier this week, an investment group led by Econocom Finance NV announced that it had increased its holding in Decision Industries to 13.8% from 9.33% (CI No 759), but gave no reason for the investment.
