Tottering Iomega Corp – it reported a loss of $36.9m on sales of $38m for its first half to June, and has been in default on $27m of bank loans since the spring, has resolved that problem: the Roy, Utah company’s lenders have replaced the $27m credit line with a $5m line that runs through to next March – but the principal must be repaid in stages over the term of the loan.
