JDA Software, a provider of supply and demand management software services, has reported GAAP net loss of $10.4m, or $0.34 per share, for fourth quarter 2008, compared to GAAP net income of $8m, or $0.22 per share, for the same quarter 2007.
For fourth quarter 2008, total revenues were $106.2m, compared to $98.5m for the same quarter 2007. The company reported software revenues of $34.3m for fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, compared to software revenues of $22.4m for fourth quarter of fiscal 2007.
For the fiscal 2008, total revenues were $390.3m, compared to $373.5m for the same period of 2007. GAAP net income was $6.2m, or $0.18 per share, compared to a GAAP net income of $26.5m, or $0.79 per share for the same period of 2007.
