Turns out that the sell-out talks that Key Tronic Corp announced it was holding were with long-term would-be acquirer Minebea Co but they again came to nothing because the price demanded by the Spokane, Washington keyboards maker was too high: Key Tronic’s days as an independent company may still be numbered because Electronic News hears that Honeywell Inc, Fujitsu Ltd and Alps Electric Co would all like to add the firm to their collections.
