Eastman Kodak Company Monday finalized the purchase announced in January (CI No 3,089) of Wang Laboratories Inc’s software business unit for a cash price of $260 million. In the deal, Robert Weiler, president of Wang Software, becomes president of the Kodak subsidiary.
