Kozu Systems Design Corp has embarked on a project to develop a translation package for converting NEC Corp Basic used on the PC 9801 family to run on personal computers using the Tron operating system: the Information Technology Promotion Agency of the Ministry of International Trade & Industry awarded the development contract to the software house; Kozu is already developing translators for NEC 9801 to Fujitsu and Hitachi personals.
