Going after the US computer supplier market, Logica Plc and Alcatel NV’s TITN Inc have announced a worldwide agreement to distribute each other’s X400 and X25 products: TITN will distribute Logica’s CPLEX.400 software, while Logica will distribute TITN Twice X25 and Twice International Standards Organisation products. Logica, which will provide turnkey systems integration services to assist TITN customers adapt X400 and other communications products, says its existing X400 products are complementary to TITN’s CCITT and ISO software products. Both companies still retain the right to market their own products worldwide.
