As part of attempts to streamline its claims processing operations, Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company has extended its annual agreement with eAutoclaims.
eAutoclaims, a claims processing technology provider, says Michigan Miller is able to process automobile physical damage claims through eAutoclaims’ online eJusterSuite application. The software vendor describes eJusterSuite as a third-generation claims management system, designed to provide an efficient means to handle claims for adjusters.
Michigan Millers is also said to use eAutoclaims’ AuditPro technology, Virtual Physical Damage program, Salvage and Rental Dispatch.
Chuck Favour, property claims manager of Michigan Millers said, By implementing eAutoclaims AuditPro technology it allows us to electronically review 100% of all independent appraiser estimates to our writing guidelines and identify mistakes or overwrites prior to settling the claim. Only those estimates, which fail our guidelines, require physical review creating reductions in cycle-time and eliminate the direct expense of reviewing those files which are accurate.
