Orlando Ayala, Microsoft Corp’s vice president for inter-continental operations says that Microsoft has plans to set up a software development center in India, the second outside the US: We should come out with the announcement by the end of the year, Ayala told Reuters. The center could begin small, but eventually employ hundreds of developers, he said.
