Minebea Co Ltd plans to raise keyboard production capacity at one of its factories in Thailand: the Bang Pa-In plant, 35 miles north of Bangkok, is one of three Minebea factories in Thailand, and will be able to turn out about 1m keyboards a month by the end of September against 700,000 to 800,000 now; it also plans to start producing keyboards in Shanghai next February.
