IBM Corp has developed an ultra-light notebook computer and a revolutionary paper-white monitor, according to PC Week. It measures 8.5 by 11 by 1.25 and weighs about 4 lbs. It was shown with a 12.1 thin-film transistor screen, will have 1Gb disk and use 100MHz and up Pentium processors.
