Mitel Corp, Kanata, Ontario and Dialogic Corp, Parsippany, New Jersey have announced a computer-telephone link between the SX-2000 Light, Mitel’s modular architecture PABX, and CT-Connect, Dialogic’s open computer-telephony integration server. TALK TO CT-Connect software runs on Mitel’s Applications Gateway and is based on the Computer Supported Telephony Application protocol. It enables Mitel customers to connect applications which use various telephony application programming interfaces, operating systems and network environments to a common SX-2000 Light system. TALK TO CT-Connect tool kits are available now, starting at $10,000.
