In a bid to entice the growing number of internet users towards its products, North American brewer Molson Coors has launched four specialized internet radio stations in association with its flagship brand, Molson Dry.
The brewer has created the Molsondry.com web platform and a music partnership with Montreal-based radio station CKOI.
In addition to the online promotional push, the brewer said Molsondry.com is innovating in terms of web/telephone convergence with its ‘Wake Me Up’ and ‘Get Me Out’ tools designed exclusively for mobile telephone users.
Each consists of a pre-recorded telephone message that can be used as a wake-up call or to help someone get out of a delicate situation.
With consumers turning in increasing numbers to the Web for information and entertainment, Molson Dry is pleased to provide…an interactive web platform featuring bidirectional communication and music as one of the main components, said David Poirier, brand manager at Molson Dry.
