Following the other Mac cloners, Motorola Inc’s Motorola Computer Group has cut prices on its StarMax line of PowerPC-based MacOS line. Base price is now $1,250 for a StarMax 2000/180 603e machine with eight times standard speed CD-ROM and 16-bit stereo sound, a keyboard and mouse; memory expands to 160Mb.
