NBI Inc, Boulder, Colorado has a letter of intent to sell the California operations of its Office Products Division to Rajeev Seshadri, a Denver-based private investor with various business interests. Consummation is subject to various conditions, including completion of suitable financing by the purchaser. The proposed sale is part of the divestiture plan announced in March to dispose of its portfolio of office supplies marketing businesses to concentrate on systems. Washington and Alaska went in June.
