To bring social media to CRM and ERP
NetSuite and InsideView, have launched a new social intelligence application to bring social media to both CRM and ERP, optimising core business processes that are essential to drive the success or failure of every business.
The company said that the InsideView for NetSuite will allow NetSuite users to have access to intelligence harvested from social networking sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Jigsaw and NetProspex directly within NetSuite, allowing users to enhance business efficiencies across sales, marketing, billing, procurement, and HR operations.
InsideView for NetSuite was built using the NetSuite’s SuiteCloud development platform. It expands the NetSuite-InsideView partnership to deliver the social intelligence throughout both front-office sales and marketing and back-office financial operations.
According to NetSuite, the new application brings benefits to businesses including, the ability to proactively monitor the financial health of customers and partners to assess payment risk and improve collections processes; leverage social media buzz to gauge suppliers’ brand reputation, and levels of customer satisfaction; integrate social profile information to engage job candidates across multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter; and increase cross-enterprise productivity by tapping into timely business insights directly within the NetSuite user interface.
NetSuite allows InsideView to extend into Social ERP optimised for back-office operations such as automated monitoring of financial events; consolidated contact search for resolution of bidding, pricing, or payment issues; and automated monitoring of talent acquisition opportunities across target companies.
