Borland International Inc will launch new versions of dBase for MS-DOS and Windows this week at PC Expo; the MS-DOS version will be widely available in retail outlets in July for $800; upgrade price is $150; dBase 5.0 for Windows, priced at $500, is scheduled to ship this summer; the upgrade price is $200; both versions are fully compatible with older versions, Borland said.
