Look for the new generation of business personal computers from Amstrad Plc to come out as the PC2000 series – and a lot of reputations are riding on the base 80386 model costing just UKP1,700 with 1Mb CPU, floppy drive and a monitor: 1,000 System Centres are being lined up to market the things in the UK; the MS-DOS games machine may also come out in September, perhaps bearing a Sinclair Professional nameplate.
