Ing C Olivetti & Co SpA and France Telecom reached draft agreement to buy a 70% stake in the Italian state railway’s domestic telecommunications network. The deal will be worth a minimum $400m and the two are also proxies for Deutsche Telekom AG and Sprint Corp. Stet SpA’s data processing arm Finsiel SpA is also to take a 60% stake in the railway’s information technology division as it implements an asset disposal program.
