Cyber Promotions Inc has now filed a motion accusing America Online Inc of unfair competition, asking US District Judge Charles Weiner, who ruled against it, to prohibit the America Online ban on delivery of junk mail to its susbcribers to consider the case on the grounds of federal anti-trust law this time.
