Ing C Olivetti SpA has sold its approximately 17% stake in Cambridge-UK based Acorn Group Plc. Olivetti is said to have been looking to rid itself of the stake for some time. Lehman Bothers has taken a 14.7% stake worth $38.9m, and will offer them to institutional investors over the next few months.
