Streamlining of approvals and workflows in new suite
Oracle has released new portfolio management software, Primavera Portfolio Management (PPM) 9.
Oracle claims the new offering helps streamline approvals and workflows with new business process automation capabilities, to help organisations achieve portfolio value efficiently.
Oracle’s Primavera Portfolio Management is a web-based PPM offering which can manage the organisations’ entire portfolio lifecycle, including inception to execution and control for investments and projects of all sizes, the company said.
Oracle noted Primavera Portfolio Management 9 facilitates approval and workflow processes, engaging more individuals across the enterprise to participate in managing portfolios, and speeds up decision making process.
Primavera Portfolio Management 9 features a new user interface that unifies the Primavera suite of products.
It supports user token authentication when the Bridge accesses Primavera P6, when the P6 server is set up, and has enhanced early warning alert triggers that enable notification as soon as data changes.
