Expands management development service offering with the addition of Situational Leadership V series
Perceptum has introduced new Situational Leadership V (SLV) series specifically for biotech and specialty pharma companies. The new series includes Situational Leadership V, Situational Self Leadership and Advanced Situational Leadership V.
In Situational Leadership V the Perceptum expands upon Hersey and Blanchard’s models to now include five developmental levels and leadership styles. Participants are taught to use emotional intelligence concepts, conflict management techniques, and effective communication strategies to facilitate application of situational leadership.
Situational Self Leadership teaches life sciences sales representatives, whose time is primarily spent in the field by themselves, on how to acquire the ability to be ‘self leaders’. Advanced Situational Leadership V provides sales managers practical leadership tools they can use to accelerate a sales representative’s development from enthusiastic beginner to peak performer.
