Reborn business intelligence software vendor Pilot Software has launched a new web channel performance management product which it claims is the first of its kind to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and online execution.
Dubbed PilotWeb 2004 Summer, the prepackaged software includes interactive strategy maps, scorecards, pre-built dashboards and ad hoc analysis and reporting tools to develop well-oiled Web channels that are closely aligned to strategy.
Also included are commonly used Web channel business models such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer support templates that come with supporting KPI dashboards and reports.
Officials at the Mountain View, California-based business intelligence (BI) stalwart say the product is built on the company’s core BI platform and taps into its experience of Web channel deployments at Cheapflights.com, The Boeing Company, and SMARTpages.com.
Pricing for PilotWeb 2004 Summer starts at $25,000 and scales upwards based on the number of user licenses.
