Prime Computer Inc yesterday said it had agreement to acquire privately-held personal computer and workstation computer-aided design software developer Vesacad Corp of Huntingdon Beach, California on undisclosed terms. The 67 employee, $6m-a-year firm has software for IBM and Apple micros, Apollo, Hewlett-Packard and Sun workstations. Existing sales arrangements will stand and the firm will be run as a unit under existing management.
