Prime Computer UK Ltd is to supply a turnkey computer system to the Royal Aerospace Establishment in a contract worth around UKP1m; the order is for bespoke software running on Prime 9955 II and 4050 minicomputers and will be used mainly in the processing of large quantities of tracking data used in the analysis of trial missile firings at its Instrumentation and Trials Division, based at Aberforth in Wales and West Freugh in Scotland.
