PrimeService, Computervision Corp’s Framingham, Massachusetts-based service division has acquired Intel Corp’s European Field Service and Customer Training Organisation, five months after acquiring its North American counterpart: the terms of the deal were not disclosed: PrimeService has also been designated Intel’s preferred service provider for OEM products in Europe and North America; it provides customers with support for Intel’s OEM products, a warranty and contract service for Intel’s Multibus and private label systems, network design, installation and maintenance, and customer training.
