Quantec Systems and Software Ltd has added an electronic mail facility to its QED2 office automation software, priced at UKP895 per local area network, additional to UKP500 for a two-user network starter kit, and UKP225 for each additional user; the company has also said that it will support communications via IBM DisOSS and X400 from any workstation running QED to any other QED workstation; Quantec has also signed with Automation One Pty Ltd, to distribute QED2 in Australasia.
