Sir Ernest Harrison is apparently planning a ceremonial conflagration of his creation Racal Electronics Plc so that he can go out in a blaze of glory. According to the UK Sunday Telegraph, he plans to disperse the assets of the company in a series of disposals, mergers and management buyouts.
