German building group Philipp Holzmann AG says its Swiss-based property unit REI Real Estate Investment and a group of Heidelberg investors bought a 99.2% stake in the Frankfurt-based Adlerwerke unit of German office equipment maker TATriumph Adler AG, which in turn is owned by Italy’s Ing C Olivetti & Co SpA: Holzmann said Adlerwerke, at present a shell company, would in future move into the property business and later could become publicly-owned; no price was given.
