SanDisk Corp, Sunnyvale, California, reports that a US International Trade Commission judge has ruled that Samsung Electronics Co and Samsung Semiconductor Inc are infringing two SanDisk US patents on Flash memory. SanDisk said that remedies for the violations may include an order prohibiting Samsung from further importing the products, a cease and desist order prohibiting the sales of imported Samsung Flash parts, or both. A ruling is expected within 90 days.
