Mastech Corp, Pittsburgh provider of information technology services and implementations to large organizations around the world, including client-server application development, conversions and migrations, Year 2000 services, maintenance and enterprise-wide package implementation, got its initial public offering of 4.8m shares, 3.4m of them new, away at $15 per share. Net proceeds will be used for working capital and the expansion of existing operations, including international and software development operations. Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp was managing underwriter with Cowen & Co, Montgomery Securities and Parker/Hunter Inc acting as co-managing underwriters.
