Moses Computers Inc, Los Gatos, California manufacturer of peer-to-peer local area networks, plans to go public by reversing into a dormant Canadian company, Gratian Resources Inc, which will assume the Moses Computers name. Moses says it is currently raising $3m at $1 a share for the reverse takeover. The shares will be traded on the US over-the-counter market and on Canada’s Vancouver Stock Exchange; Canaccord Capital Corp underwrites.
