Rochester Telephone Corp, Rochester, New York priced its public offer of 5m shares, 2.1m of them new, at $42 a share. Rochester’s $80m or so net proceeds will be used for working capital. Salomon Brothers Inc is the lead underwriter, with Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney Shearson as co-managers.
