Shares in Virtuality Group Plc, Leicester, UK-based virtual reality systems builder, were ominously temporarily suspended yesterday at 68.5 pence, pending clarification of the company’s financial position. Virtuality shares gained strongly last week on talk that Philips Electronics NV was interested in making a bid for the company, but Philips said only that it had a small stake in Virtuality and was in product-related talks with the UK company.
