Dutch Information Technology group Simac Techniek NV has acquired Lorje Computers Netherland BV, a dealer of Compaq Computer Corp, Hewlett-Packard Co, IBM Corp and Toshiba Corp products. Simac says it doesn’t expect the acquisition to make much of a dent in its figures for the first year.
