Plessey Corp Pty Ltd of Cape Town, South Africa has increased its effective stake in software specialist BSW-Data to 64.8% in a number of share deals. Plessey acquired 49.9% of BSW-Data back in January through the issue of 3.6m shares and by selling its own software division to BSW-Data.
