The Big Three South Korean chipmakers – Samsung Semiconductor Co, Goldstar Semiconductor Co and Hyundai Electronics Co say they have jointly completed design of a 4M-bit dynamic memory chip in collaboration with the Korea Telecommunications Research Institute.
